The majority of our estate grapes are grown at our 50-acre ranch in the Paso Robles AVA. In 2013, we planted the first six acres. That plot is now abundant with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Syrah, Tempranillo, Zinfandel, Barbara, and Sauvignon Blanc varietals. Over the next 10 years, we’ll plant the remaining 40 acres in phases, based on which grape varietals have proven to thrive.
Rincon Mountain is located along the coast in North Ventura County, just South of Santa Barbara. The cool ocean breezes of our “ranch in the sky” is conducive for growing Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc. While it has come with its challenges, we’ve figured out how to take advantage of the microclimate and are pleased with the wines we've produced. Currently, we have 2 acres planted and over the next 5 years we will be planting more of these grape varietals.
